We offer flat-rate local delivery within the Raleigh area. Select local delivery at checkout and we'll coordinate a drop-off window with you directly.
Do you ship?
Yes — orders can be shipped flat-rate within the United States. Candles are packed with care; soy wax is sensitive to heat, so during hot months we may hold shipments briefly to avoid melt damage in transit. We'll always communicate if that affects your order.
How fast will my order be ready?
Because every candle cures 10–14 days before sale, in-stock items are ready immediately — usually within 1–3 business days for pickup or dispatch. If a scent is mid-cure, we'll tell you the exact ready date before you wait on anything.

About Our Candles
What are SK Flames candles made of?
Premium soy wax, quality fragrance oils, and cotton-core wicks — hand-poured in small batches in Raleigh, NC. No mass production, no shortcuts.
Why do you cure candles for 10–14 days?
Curing lets the fragrance fully bind to the soy wax. A candle sold too early smells strong in the jar and weak in the room. Cured properly, the scent throw fills the space — that's the entire point of a candle, so we don't skip it.
Why small batches? Why do scents sell out?
Every batch is poured and cured by hand — some releases are as small as ten jars. When a batch is spoken for, it's gone until the next pour. If a scent you want is sold out, message us and we'll reserve you a jar from the next batch.
My candle looks slightly different from the photos. Is that normal?
Yes. Soy wax is a natural product — slight frosting, subtle color variation, and minor surface texture are signatures of a hand-poured soy candle, not defects. None of it affects how your candle burns or how it fills a room.

Returns, Custom Orders & Wholesale
What is your return policy?
Because candles and wax melts are consumable goods, we can't accept returns on used products. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle. If something's wrong with your order, we make it right.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes — weddings, corporate gifting, events, and private-label conversations are welcome. Because of our cure time, custom orders need at least 3–4 weeks of lead time. Reach out with your date and quantity and we'll build a quote.
Do you offer wholesale?
We're open to wholesale partnerships with boutiques, gift shops, and hospitality spaces that fit the brand. Contact us with your storefront details and we'll start the conversation.
Do you sell gift sets?
The Melt Duo (any two wax melt scents, $14) is our current bundle, and candles ship gift-ready. For larger gift arrangements, message us — we love a good gifting brief.
